We collect your Kick username, email address, and account details when you sign up. We also collect stream activity data including viewer counts, chat messages processed by the bot, stream duration, and usage data such as features used and commands triggered.
Your data is used solely to operate and improve RavenAI services, generate analytics and reports for your account, and provide technical support. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
We do not collect passwords (authentication is handled via Kick OAuth). We do not store full chat logs permanently. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Viewer usernames and chat interactions pass through RavenAI systems to power chatbot commands and overlay features. This data is processed in real time and not stored beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's API for AI features. These services have their own privacy policies. We may disclose data if required by law.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
RavenAI uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

RavenAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
