By creating an account or using any RavenAI service at ravenai.studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RavenAI provides streamer tools including AI chatbots, live overlays, analytics, and automation tools for use on the Kick streaming platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. RavenAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. One-time plugin purchases are non-refundable once activated. RavenAI reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
RavenAI collects account information, stream activity data, and usage data solely to operate and improve its services. We will never sell your personal data or your viewers data to third parties, share your data with advertisers, or use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
You own your data. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. Account deletion will remove all associated data within 30 days.
By using RavenAI tools, you acknowledge that viewer usernames and chat interactions pass through RavenAI systems. You are responsible for informing your viewers that a third-party bot is active in your chat.
You agree not to use RavenAI to harass or harm others, reverse engineer or exploit RavenAI systems, share account credentials, violate Kick's Terms of Service, or artificially inflate viewer counts or engagement.
RavenAI and all associated branding, code, and content are owned by RavenAI. You retain ownership of your stream content and data.
RavenAI is provided as-is. We are not liable for stream downtime, lost revenue, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to RavenAI in the 3 months prior to the claim.
RavenAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, chargebacks, or abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time.
RavenAI may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in Discord and via email.
